【屋上防水工事】千葉県の豪雨による雨漏りをきっかけに防水改修工事を実施 市原市若宮

千葉県内で発生した豪雨により、建物の屋上から雨漏りが発生したことを受け、屋上防水工事を行いました。

今回のような激しい雨は、普段は気づきにくい建物の劣化や防水機能の低下が表面化するきっかけになることがあります。

屋上防水の劣化と雨漏りの関係

建物の屋上は、年間を通して雨風や紫外線、気温の変化にさらされています。

年月の経過とともに防水層にひび割れや剥がれ、接合部分の劣化などが生じると、そこから雨水が浸入する可能性があります。

雨漏りを放置すると、天井や壁のシミだけでなく、建物内部の下地材などに影響が及ぶおそれもあります。

今回の施工内容

今回の屋上防水工事では、既存の防水層を撤去し、下地の状態を確認・調整したうえで、新たな防水施工を行いました。

施工前の屋上には経年による汚れや劣化が見られましたが、施工後は防水層が新しくなり、きれいな状態に仕上がりました。

屋上全体だけでなく、立ち上がり部分や手すりの支柱周辺など、雨水が浸入しやすい箇所への配慮も重要です。

近年、千葉県内でも短時間に大量の雨が降る事例が見られます。

Following the recent torrential rains in Chiba Prefecture, Hinano carried out a rooftop waterproofing renovation on a building that had experienced water leakage.

Heavy rainfall can expose deterioration in waterproofing systems that may otherwise go unnoticed.

Why Rooftop Waterproofing Matters

Rooftops are constantly exposed to rain, ultraviolet radiation, and temperature changes.

Over time, waterproofing materials may deteriorate, crack, or separate, potentially allowing rainwater to enter the building.

If left untreated, water infiltration can damage ceilings, walls, and underlying building materials.

About This Project

For this renovation, the existing waterproofing layer was removed, and the underlying surface was inspected and prepared before a new waterproofing system was applied.

Particular attention is important around rooftop edges, raised sections, and railing supports, where waterproofing details can be vulnerable.

The completed rooftop now has a renewed waterproofing surface and a clean, uniform appearance.
