④ 屋根側溝ウレタン防水工事（雨漏り解消）

雨漏りの解消を目的として、屋根側溝のウレタン防水工事を行いました。

屋根側溝は雨水が集まる場所であり、防水層の劣化や傷みが雨漏りの要因となることがあります。

ウレタン防水は、液状の防水材を塗布して防水層を形成する工法です。

屋根側溝の形状や下地の状態に応じた施工によって、雨水の浸入を防ぐことを目指します。

Urethane waterproofing involves applying a liquid waterproofing material to create a protective membrane.
