お客様アンケート｜「こんなに丁寧な工事をするのかと驚きました」 市原市若宮：ベランダ防水工事

Hinanoでは、工事完了後にお客様へアンケートをお願いしています。

今回、リフォーム工事をご依頼いただいたお客様から、嬉しいお言葉をいただきました。

今回のリフォームのきっかけは、台風時の雨漏りでした。

アンケートでは、工事内容・工事金額、近隣への配慮について「満足」、**仕上がりについて「大変満足」**との評価をいただきました。

そして、職人の対応について、

At Hinano, we ask our customers to complete a survey after their renovation work has been completed.

Recently, we received some very kind and encouraging feedback from a customer who entrusted us with their home renovation.

The project was initiated after the customer experienced water leakage during a typhoon.

In the survey, the customer expressed satisfaction with the work and pricing, as well as our consideration for the surrounding neighborhood.

They were especially pleased with the finished result.
