平素より株式会社Hinanoをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび株式会社Hinanoは、2026年8月26日より不動産事業を開始いたしました。

私たちは市原市若宮を拠点に、約10年にわたり地域の皆さまのリフォームや住まいの修繕に携わってまいりました。

水まわりや内装、外壁・屋根などのリフォームから、電球交換をはじめとした小さな住まいのお困りごとまで。地域の皆さまからさまざまなご相談をいただき、現在では若宮だけでも161世帯のお客様とのご縁をいただいております。【2026年9月7日現在】

そしてこのたび、長年不動産業を営んできた株式会社ハウスプランナーとHinanoがひとつになり、株式会社Hinanoとして新たなスタートを切ることとなりました。

元株式会社ハウスプランナー代表取締役・松岡茂樹が培ってきた約40年の不動産業の経験・実績と、

Hinanoが若宮で積み重ねてきた約10年のリフォームの経験・実績。

この二つの力を合わせることで、これからは「住まいを直す」だけでなく、「売る・買う・貸す・活かす・直す・守る」まで、住まいに関するご相談を一つの窓口でお受けできる体制となりました。

たとえば、

Hinano Launches Its Real Estate Services

Thank you for your continued support of Hinano Co., Ltd.

We are pleased to announce that, as of August 26, 2026, Hinano has officially launched its real estate services.

Based in Wakamiya, Ichihara City, we have spent approximately 10 years helping local residents care for and improve their homes through renovation, repairs, and maintenance.

From kitchen, bathroom, interior, exterior wall, and roofing renovations to small everyday requests such as replacing a light bulb, we have been fortunate to assist many people in our community.

Today, we are grateful to have built relationships with 161 households in Wakamiya alone.

On August 26, Hinano joined together with House Planner Co., Ltd., a long-established real estate company, and we are now moving forward together under the name Hinano Co., Ltd.

With approximately 40 years of real estate experience and expertise built by Shigeki Matsuoka, former President of House Planner Co., Ltd., combined with Hinano’s approximately 10 years of renovation experience in Wakamiya, we can now provide even more comprehensive support for our customers’ homes and properties.

Our services now go beyond repairing and renovating homes. We can assist you with the entire journey of your property — buying, selling, renting, utilizing, renovating, maintaining, and protecting your home.
